Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") were last updated on December 18, 2022.
GEDEX Network, Inc. is a Nevada corporation, hereby referred as GEDEX and/or the Company.

GEDEX has a goal of improving education’s efficiency and quality. The platform provides a comprehensive suite of tools to enable full-time schools, extracurricular program providers, administrators, and teachers to create, deliver, and manage a wide variety of programs and courses using in-person, hybrid, remote, and online instruction methods. This allows students and parents to access more and better quality options for full-time and extracurricular educational programs. The GEDEX platform also offers a variety of online catalogs for full-time schools and education program providers to recruit, enroll, and manage their offline/in-person programs and courses. In addition, the platform provides users with other services, including but not limited to payments, social media, cloud storage, communication tools (email and messaging chat), website creation and hosting, as well as affiliate and reward programs. Rules are necessary to ensure the protection of all participants on our platform, and these rules apply to all activities on the GEDEX platform, its associated applications, and services (“Services”).

If you (as a school, program provider, or teacher) publish a course on the GEDEX platform, you must also agree to the Instructor Terms. The Privacy Policy governs our handling of personal data on our platform. You agree to settle any disputes with GEDEX via binding arbitration (with very few exceptions, not in court), and you forfeit certain rights to participate in class actions, as outlined in the Dispute Resolution section.

1. Accounts

An account is required for most activities on the GEDEX platform. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your password and all activities associated with your account. If you suspect that someone else is using your account, you must change your password immediately and contact the Support Team. To use the GEDEX platform, you must have reached the age of consent for online services or have been authorized by your parents or guardians, as required by the legal requirements in your country.
When creating and managing your account, accurate and complete information, including a valid email address, must be provided and kept up-to-date. You are fully responsible for your account and all actions that occur on your account, including any harm or damage caused by someone using your account without your permission. As a result, it is critical to protect your password. You are not permitted to transfer your account to someone else or use someone else’s account. If you contact GEDEX to request access to an account, access will not be granted unless you can provide sufficient information to prove that you are the account owner. In the case of a user’s death, the user’s account will be closed.

Except for your parents or legal guardians if you are an underage minor, you may not share your account login information with anyone else. You are accountable for any activity that occurs on your account, and GEDEX will not become involved in disputes between students or instructors who have shared account login information. If you suspect that someone else may be using your account without your permission (or if you suspect any other security breach), you must notify the Support Team immediately. We may ask you to provide information to verify that you are the account owner.

To create an account on our platform, you must be above the required age for online service consent in your country. If you are below the required age for online service consent in your country, you must have one of your parents or guardians create and supervise your access to the GEDEX platform. If we discover that you have created and used an account in violation of these rules, your account will be terminated, and we will not be responsible for any loss of content or information connected with your account. As part of our Instructor Terms, you may be asked to confirm your identity before publishing content on our platform. You may close your account at any time by following the steps provided. Our Privacy Policy explains what happens when you close your account.

2. Online and Remote Learning Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a course or other content on the GEDEX platform, you receive a license to view it only on the GEDEX platform and no other use is permitted. Do not attempt to transfer or resell the content in any way. We usually provide a limited time access license, except when we must disable the content due to legal or policy reasons.
According to our Instructor Terms, instructors who publish content on the GEDEX platform grant GEDEX a license to offer a license to the content to students. This implies that we have the authority to sublicense the content to enrolled students. As a student, when you enroll in a course or other content on the GEDEX platform, whether it is free or paid, you receive a license from GEDEX to view the content via the GEDEX platform and Services, and GEDEX is the licensor of record. The content is licensed to you and not sold. This license does not give you the right to resell the content in any way (such as by sharing account information with a buyer or illegally downloading the content and sharing it on torrent sites).
In legal terms, GEDEX provides you (as a student) with a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to access and view the content for which you have paid all necessary fees, exclusively for your personal, non-commercial, and educational purposes through the Services, in accordance with these Terms and any terms or restrictions associated with the particular content or feature of our Services. All other uses are strictly prohibited. You are prohibited from reproducing, redistributing, transmitting, assigning, selling, broadcasting, renting, sharing, lending, modifying, adapting, editing, creating derivative works, sublicensing, or transferring or utilizing any content unless we have explicitly authorized you to do so in a written agreement signed by an authorized GEDEX representative. This prohibition also applies to content that you can access via any of our APIs.
We usually provide our students with a limited time access license when they enroll in a course or other content. However, we reserve the right to cancel access to any content at any time in the event that we choose or are required to disable access to the content due to legal or policy reasons, such as if the course or other content you enrolled in is the subject of a copyright complaint, or if we determine it violates our Trust & Safety Guidelines. This lifetime access license does not apply to enrollments via Subscription Plans or to add-on features and services related to the course or other content you enroll in. For example, instructors may choose at any time to no longer provide teaching assistance or Q&A services in association with the content. To be clear, the lifetime access is to the course content but not to the instructor.
Instructors are not authorized to grant licenses to their content to students directly, and any such direct license will be void and a violation of these Terms.

3. Payments, Credits and Refunds

On the GEDEX platform, all transactions and transfers occur through users’ on-platform miWallet accounts, which can be funded via users’ debit cards, credit cards, bank accounts, or redeemed reward points.
When you make a payment or deposit to GEDEX, you must utilize a valid payment method. If you are dissatisfied with a course you have directly enrolled in on GEDEX, GEDEX offers a prorated 30-day refund that includes all classes taken within the 30 days and classes yet to be taken. Classes completed before the 30-day refund period are non-refundable. To request a refund, you must make your refund request on the GEDEX platform.

3.1 Pricing

The prices of applications, courses, programs, and products on the GEDEX platform are determined based on the providers’ terms, our Discounts, Rebates, and Promotions Policy, and various other factors that may impact net prices for different user groups, including full-time schools, extracurricular program providers, businesses, and individual end-users.

From time to time, we offer promotions and sales for our products and services, during which certain products and services may be available at discounted prices for a specific duration. The price applicable to the products and services will be the price at the time you complete your purchase of the products and services (at checkout). The price offered for specific products and services may also vary when you are logged into your account compared to the price available to users who are not registered or logged in, as some of our promotions are only available to new users.

If you are logged into your account, the currency listed on the GEDEX platform is based on the location where you created your account. If you are not logged in, the currency used is based on the country where you are located. We do not allow users to view prices in other currencies.

If you are a student located in a country where use and sales tax, goods and services tax, or value-added tax applies to consumer sales, we are responsible for collecting and remitting that tax to the appropriate tax authorities. The price you see may include these taxes, or they may be added at checkout, depending on your location.

3.2 Payments

You consent to paying the fees for the products and services you purchase, and you authorize us to debit your GEDEX miWallet account that is connected to your debit or credit card, or to use other payment methods (such as PayPal, Square, Alipay, WeChat Pay, direct debit, or mobile wallet) for those fees. GEDEX collaborates with payment service providers to provide you with the most convenient payment options in your country and to keep your payment information secure. We may update your payment methods using information provided by our payment service providers. Our Privacy Policy has more information.

When you make a purchase, you agree not to use an invalid or unauthorized payment method. If your payment method fails, and you still receive access to the content you enrolled in, you agree to pay us the corresponding fees within fifteen (15) days of receiving notification from us. We maintain the right to restrict access to any content for which we have not received sufficient payment.

3.3 Refunds and Refund Credits

If the courses and services you purchased do not meet your expectations, you can request a refund credit within 30 days of purchasing the courses or services, which GEDEX will apply to your GEDEX miWallet account. No refund will be given if you request it after the 30-day period has elapsed. However, if the provider cancels or disables the course you purchased, you are entitled to a refund beyond this 30-day limit. GEDEX reserves the right to refund students beyond the 30-day limit in cases of suspected or confirmed account fraud. Instructors also agree, as per the Instructor Terms, that students have the right to receive these refunds.

To request a refund, follow the procedures outlined here. You may choose to retain the credit in your account for future purchases on the GEDEX platform or to withdraw it to the original payment method linked to your miWallet account. At our discretion, if we believe you are abusing our refund policy, such as if you’ve previously consumed a significant portion of the content that you want to refund or have previously refunded the content, we reserve the right to reject your refund request, limit you from other future refunds, prohibit your account, and/or restrict all future use of the Services. If we suspend your account or access to the content due to your violation of these Terms or our Trust & Safety Guidelines, you will not be entitled to a refund. You can find additional information on our refund policy here.

3.4 Gift and Promotional Codes

GEDEX or its partners may provide gift and promotional codes to students. These codes may allow students to redeem gift or promotional credits that can be applied to their GEDEX miWallet account, which can be used to purchase eligible content on the platform. Alternatively, other codes may be directly redeemable for specific content. However, these codes and credits have expiration dates which must be used within the specified period. Gift and promotional codes cannot be refunded for cash unless otherwise specified in the codes’ terms or required by law. If students have multiple saved credits, GEDEX may determine which credit to apply to the purchase. These codes and credits cannot be used for purchases in mobile or TV applications. Further details can be found on the Support Page and any terms included with the codes.

4. Content and Behavior Rules

The GEDEX platform is intended for lawful use only. As a user, you are responsible for any content or courses that you post on the platform, both online and offline. You must adhere to our Trust & Safety Guidelines and comply with intellectual property laws when uploading any content, reviews, questions, or posts. Repeated or major offenses can result in the banning of your account. If you believe someone is infringing on your copyright, please notify us in writing.

You are prohibited from accessing or using the Services or creating an account for illegal purposes. Your use of the Services and conduct on our platform must comply with the laws and regulations of your country. It is your responsibility to know and follow such laws and regulations that apply to you.
As a student, you can interact with instructors, ask questions, post reviews and discussions, and submit course-related content, such as assignments, projects, and tests. You may not post or submit anything that does not belong to you.

If you are a teacher or administrator of a school, you may submit content related to your courses and communicate with students who have enrolled in your published courses. You and your school are responsible for any content you post on the GEDEX platform and any action taken via the platform. You must respect the rights of others and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

GEDEX reserves the right to enforce its Terms and Trust & Safety Guidelines, including restricting or terminating your use of the platform or banning your account for any reason, with or without notice. Your content may still be available on the platform even if your account is terminated or suspended.
You are responsible for all the online and offline content/courses that you post on our platform. You should keep the reviews, questions, posts, courses and other content you upload in line with our Trust & Safety Guidelines and the law, and respect the intellectual property rights of others. We can ban your account for repeated or major offenses. You may not access or use the Services or create an account for unlawful purposes. Your use of the Services and behavior on our platform must comply with applicable local or national laws or regulations of your country. You are solely responsible for knowing and complying with such laws and regulations.
If you suspect that someone is infringing your copyright on our platform, send us written notification.

GEDEX may suspend or remove your published content from the platform if we receive notice that it violates the law or the rights of others, or if we discover your content or behavior is unlawful, inappropriate, or objectionable. We comply with intellectual property laws as outlined in our Intellectual Property Policy.
GEDEX may restrict or terminate your permission to use our platform and Services or ban your account at any time, with or without notice, for any or no reason. We may delete your account and content, and prevent you from further access to our platforms and services.

5. GEDEX’s Rights to Content You Post

The content you post on the GEDEX platform, including your courses, remains your property. By posting such content, you grant GEDEX explicit permission to share it with anyone via any media, including promotion through advertising on other websites, and to reuse and distribute it in accordance with the terms stated in our Content Provider Terms. Additionally, when you post content, comments, questions, reviews, or provide suggestions for new features or improvements, you authorize GEDEX to utilize and share this content with anyone, to distribute it and promote it on any platform and media, and to modify or edit it as we deem necessary.

As per our Content Provider Terms, when you post or submit content on our platforms, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license, including the right to sublicense, to use, copy, reproduce, process, adapt, modify, publish, transmit, display, and distribute your content (including your name and image) in any and all media or distribution methods, whether they exist now or are developed in the future. This includes making your content available to other organizations, individuals, or companies partnering with GEDEX for the syndication, broadcast, distribution, or publication of content on other media and using your content for marketing purposes. You also agree to waive any rights of privacy, publicity, or other rights of a similar nature, to the extent permissible under applicable law. Furthermore, you represent and warrant that you have all the necessary rights, power, and authority to authorize us to use any content you submit.

6. Using the GEDEX Platform at Your Own Risk

Anyone can use the GEDEX platform to create and publish online and offline content/courses along with using its fully hosted applications including its Learning Management System in compliance with the Terms of the GEDEX platform.

We enable instructors and students to interact for teaching and learning, as well as schools and education program providers to manage their operations. Like other platforms where people can post content and interact, some things can go wrong, and you use the GEDEX platform at your own risk.

Our platform model means we do not review or edit the content for legal issues, and we are not in a position to determine the legality of content. We do not exercise any editorial control over the content that is available on the platform and, as such, do not guarantee in any manner the reliability, validity, accuracy, or truthfulness of the content. If you access content, you rely on any information provided by an instructor at your own risk.

By using the Services, you may be exposed to content/courses that you consider offensive, indecent, or objectionable. GEDEX has no responsibility to keep such content/courses from you and no liability for your access or enrollment in any course or other content, to the extent permissible under applicable law. This also applies to any content relating to health, wellness, and physical exercise. You acknowledge the inherent risks and dangers in the strenuous nature of these types of content, and by accessing such content you choose to assume those risks voluntarily, including risk of illness, bodily injury, disability, or death. You assume full responsibility for the choices you make before, during, and after your access to the content.

When you interact directly with a student, an instructor or a school/program provider, you must be careful about the types of personal information that you share. While we restrict the types of information instructors may request from students, we do not control what students and instructors do with the information they obtain from other users on the platform. You should not share your email or other personal information about you for your safety.

We do not hire or employ instructors nor are we responsible or liable for any interactions involved between instructors and students. We are not liable for disputes, claims, losses, injuries, or damage of any kind that might arise out of or relate to the conduct of instructors or students.

When you use our Services, you will find links to other websites that we don’t own or control. We are not responsible for the content or any other aspect of these third-party sites, including their collection of information about you. You should also read their terms and conditions and privacy policies.

7. GEDEX’s Rights

We own the GEDEX platform and Services, including the website, present or future apps and services, and things like our logos, API, code, and content created by our employees. You  can’t tamper with those or use them without authorization.

GEDEX and its licensors exclusively own all the rights, titles, and interests to the GEDEX platform and Services, including the website, applications, APIs, databases, and employee or partner-created content (excluding instructor- and student-provided content). These platforms and services are protected by trademark, copyright, and other laws in both the United States and foreign countries. You do not have any rights to use GEDEX’s name, trademarks, logos, domain names, or other distinctive branding elements. Feedback, comments, or suggestions you provide to GEDEX regarding the Services is entirely voluntary, and GEDEX is free to use such feedback, comments, or suggestions without any obligation to you.

GEDEX has established rules for using the platform and the Services. By using GEDEX, you agree not to engage in any of the following activities:

  • Accessing, tampering with, or using non-public areas of the platform or the technical delivery systems of GEDEX’s service providers.
  • Attempting to disable, interfere with, or circumvent any security features of the platform.
  • Attempting to copy, modify, create a derivative work of, reverse engineer, reverse assemble, or otherwise attempt to discover any source code of or content on the GEDEX platform or Services.
  • Attempting to access or search our platform by any means other than through our currently available search functionalities that are provided via our website, mobile apps, or API (and only pursuant to those API terms and conditions). You may not use any automated means of any kind to access the Services.
  • Using the Services to send altered, deceptive, or false source-identifying information (such as sending email communications falsely appearing as GEDEX).
  • Interfering with, or disrupting, the access of any user, host, or network, including, without limitation, sending a virus, overloading, flooding, spamming, or mail-bombing the platforms or services, or in any other manner interfering with or creating an undue burden on the Services.

8. Miscellaneous Legal Terms

The Terms of Use are a legally binding contract and include important legal terms that protect both GEDEX and the users of its platform. These terms help to define the legal relationship between GEDEX and its users.

8.1 Binding Agreement

When you register, access or use GEDEX Services, you agree to enter into a legally binding agreement with GEDEX. If you do not agree to these Terms, then do not register, access or use any of our Services. If you are an instructor using our Services on behalf of a legal entity, you represent and warrant that you are authorized to do so. Any version of these Terms in a language other than English is provided for convenience and you understand and agree that the English language will control if there is any conflict.

The agreement between you and us, which includes the Instructor Terms and the Promotions Policy if you are an instructor, is composed of these Terms and any linked agreements and policies. If any part of these Terms is deemed invalid or unenforceable by applicable law, it will be replaced by a valid, enforceable provision that most closely matches the original provision’s intent, and the rest of the Terms will still be in effect.

Not enforcing our rights or delaying enforcement in one case does not mean we waive our rights under these Terms, and we can still enforce them in the future. Waiving any of our rights in one instance does not mean we waive our rights generally or in the future. The following sections will continue to be in effect even after the expiration or termination of these Terms: Sections 2 (Content Enrollment and Lifetime Access), 5 (GEDEX’s Rights to Content You Post), 6 (Using GEDEX at Your Own Risk), 7 (GEDEX’s Rights), 8.5 (Subscription Disclaimers), 9 (Miscellaneous Legal Terms), and 10 (Dispute Resolution).

8.2 Disclaimers

GEDEX platform users acknowledge and accept that the platform may experience downtime, and that instructors may provide misleading information in their content. Additionally, security issues may arise. These types of occurrences fall outside of GEDEX’s control, and users accept that they will have no legal recourse in such cases.

The platform and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any guarantees or warranties, express or implied, regarding suitability, reliability, availability, timeliness, security, accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, or non-infringement. There is no guarantee that specific results will be obtained from using the platform, and users agree to use it at their own risk. While some jurisdictions may not permit the exclusion of implied warranties, GEDEX provides no warranties. GEDEX may decide to discontinue certain features of the Services, and users accept that GEDEX, its affiliates, suppliers, partners, and agents will not be held responsible for any resulting damages. GEDEX will not be held liable for any delays or failures to perform its Services due to events beyond its reasonable control, such as natural disasters, electrical, internet or telecommunication outages, government restrictions, acts of war or sabotage.

8.3 Limitation of Liability

The use of our Services carries inherent risks, such as the risk of injury when accessing health and wellness content like yoga. By using our platform and Services, you acknowledge and accept these risks, and agree that you will have no legal recourse to seek damages from us, even if you suffer loss or damage. In legal language, we and our group companies, suppliers, partners, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, profits, or business opportunities, or personal injury or death, whether arising in contract, warranty, tort, product liability, or otherwise. Our liability, and that of our group companies, suppliers, partners, and agents, is limited to the greater of one hundred dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to your claims. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages, so some of the above may not apply to you.

8.4 Indemnification

If your actions result in GEDEX facing legal issues, we reserve the right to take legal action against you. By using our Services, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless GEDEX, our group companies, and their officers, directors, suppliers, partners, and agents from any third-party claims, demands, losses, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) that arise from:
• The content you post or submit
• Your use of the Services
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Your obligation to indemnify us will continue even after the termination of these Terms and your use of the Services.

8.5 Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the Terms, when we refer to “GEDEX,” we mean the specific GEDEX entity that you are making an agreement with. As a student, the GEDEX entity that governs your agreement will usually be determined based on your location. However, if you are a student in a geographical region outside of India, or if you are using our Services as an instructor, you are contracting with GEDEX Network Inc. In such cases, these Terms will be governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, USA, without reference to its choice or conflicts of law principles. If the “Dispute Resolution” section below does not apply to you, you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of federal and state courts in Carson City, Nevada, USA.

8.6 Legal Actions and Notices

No action, regardless of form, arising out of or relating to this Agreement may be brought by either party more than one (1) year after the cause of action has accrued, except where this limitation cannot be imposed by law.

Any notice or other communication to be given hereunder will be in writing and given by registered or certified mail return receipt requested, or email (by us to the email associated with your account or by you to notices@gedexnet.com).

8.7 Relationship Between Us

You and we agree that no joint venture, partnership, employment, contractor, or agency relationship exists between us.

8.8 No Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted under them). For example, if you registered an account as an employee of a company, your account cannot be transferred to another employee. We may assign these Terms (or the rights and licenses granted under them) to another company or person without restriction. Nothing in these Terms confers any right, benefit, or remedy on any third-party person or entity. You agree that your account is non-transferable and that all rights to your account and other rights under these Terms terminate upon your death.

8.9 Sanctions and Export Laws

You affirm that you (whether as an individual or as a representative of an entity) are not situated in any country affected by U.S. trade sanctions or embargoes, such as Iran, North Korea, Cuba, Sudan, Syria, or the Crimea region of Ukraine. Moreover, you warrant that you are not a person or entity mentioned in any U.S. government list of specially designated nationals or denied parties.

If you fall under such limitations during the term of any agreement with GEDEX, you are obligated to notify us within 24 hours. We reserve the right to end any further obligations to you, effective immediately and without further liability to you (but without prejudice to any of your current obligations to GEDEX).

You must not access, use, export, re-export, transfer, or disclose any part of the Services or related technical information or materials, directly or indirectly, in violation of any trade sanctions laws, regulations, and rules of the United States or any other relevant country. You also agree not to upload any content or technology, including encryption information, the export of which is expressly regulated under such laws

9. Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute with GEDEX, the Support Team is available to help resolve the issue. If this approach is unsuccessful and you live in the United States or Canada, you can either go to small claims court or bring a claim in binding arbitration; you are not allowed to bring the claim to another court or participate in a non-individual class action claim against GEDEX. Please note that this Dispute Resolution section only applies to individuals living in the United States or Canada, and before initiating any formal legal case, we encourage you to first attempt to resolve the dispute through our Support Team.

9.1 Small Claims

If either you or GEDEX have a dispute, you or GEDEX can bring a claim in small claims court. The court where the claim will be brought should be either (a) in Carson City, Nevada, or (b) in any other place agreed upon by both parties, provided that the court is qualified to handle the case.

9.2 Going to Arbitration

If we can’t resolve a dispute between you and GEDEX through amicable means, both parties agree to settle any claims related to these Terms or our other legal terms through arbitration. This applies to all types of claims and legal theories. If one party brings a claim in court that should have been arbitrated, and the other party refuses to arbitrate it, the former can ask a court to compel both parties to go to arbitration. Either party can also ask a court to put a court proceeding on hold while an arbitration proceeding is ongoing.

9.3 The Arbitration Process

If a dispute involves a claim of less than $10,000 USD, it must be resolved through binding non-appearance-based arbitration. The party electing arbitration must file an arbitration demand with the American Arbitration Association (AAA). The AAA Commercial Arbitration Rules, Consumer Due Process Protocol, and Supplementary Procedures for Resolution of Consumer-Related Disputes will govern the arbitration proceedings. The parties agree that the arbitration will be conducted by telephone, online, or based solely on written submissions, at the choice of the party seeking relief, and must not involve any personal appearance by the parties or witnesses, unless agreed otherwise. Any judgment on the arbitrator’s rendered award may be entered in any court with competent jurisdiction. Disputes that involve a claim of more than $10,000 USD must be resolved per the AAA’s rules about whether the arbitration hearing has to be in-person.

9.4 No Class Actions

The agreement between us and you is that any claims that either party may have against the other can only be brought on an individual basis. This means: (a) neither party can bring a claim as a plaintiff or member in any class, consolidated or representative action; (b) an arbitrator cannot consolidate multiple people’s claims into a single case or preside over any consolidated, class, or representative action; and (c) an arbitrator’s decision or award in one person’s case can only affect that user and not other users and cannot be used to decide other users’ disputes. If a court determines that this “No class actions” clause is unenforceable, then this “Dispute Resolution” section will be void, but the rest of the Terms will remain in effect.

9.5 Changes

Despite the provisions outlined in the “Updating these Terms” section, if GEDEX makes changes to this “Dispute Resolution” section after the date you last accepted these Terms, you have the option to reject these changes. To do so, you must provide written notice of rejection to GEDEX by mail or hand delivery to GEDEX Attn: Legal, 600 Harrison Street, 3rd Floor, San Francisco, CA 94107, or by email from the email address linked to your Account to notices@GEDEX.com, within 30 days of the date the changes became effective. Your notice must include your full name and clearly state your intention to reject the changes made to this “Dispute Resolution” section. By rejecting the changes, you are agreeing to resolve any dispute between you and GEDEX in accordance with the provisions of this “Dispute Resolution” section as it was at the time you last accepted these Terms.

10. Updating These Terms

Occasionally, we may update these Terms to make our practices clearer or to reflect new or different practices, such as adding new features, and GEDEX has the right to modify and/or make changes to these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of any material changes, such as by sending an email to the email address associated with your account or by posting a notice on our Services. Modifications will become effective on the day they are posted unless stated otherwise. If you continue to use our Services after changes become effective, you are agreeing to accept those changes. Any updated Terms will replace all previous Terms.
